Challenge Team Abstract

Team Number: 014 School Name: Silver High School Area of Science: Physics Project Title: Conservation of Momentum

Our objective is to solve conservation of momentum and energy equations and to investigate the transfer of energy from one moving object to another using these equations. This project will deal with major components of physics such as dynamics, collisions, conservation of energy, and kinetics. The collisions investigated will be both one-dimensional and two-dimensional, elastic, inelastic, and partially elastic.
