Team Number: 064 School Name: UNM Physics School Area of Science: Computational Biology Project Title: Application of Neural Networks to Recognition of Protein Folding Topologies

Our project is to use a multi-layered neural network to recognize thermodinamically viable protein fold topologies. We intend to train our neural network with currently existing data. Then we will use that neural network to determine the stability of other protein folds.
