Problem Statement:

We are Super Computers Team 24, from Bloomfield, New Mexico. For this years project we are wanting to figure out how to shoot a perfect free throw every time. To help us figure out we are simulating the event of free-throw shooting through a program called StarLogo TNG. We have generated many different variables to help us with our equation. Some variables do change do to fatigue and others will not such as the distance to the goal or the height of the goal. Also we figured that there has to be an angle for the ball to go through the net perfectly without touching the rim or it is also called a “swish”.
